This 200,000 chick broiler unit will have the benefit of 4 no 199 kW ETA hack wood chip boilers providing dry heat to four broiler houses and saving the grower over £120,000 per annum with the added benefit of improved food conversion rate and greatly improved environment inside the houses. The carbon savings per annum will exceed 80 tonnes.
